RETURN POLICY

FRANCK BOHBOT prints and products (excludes acrylic trays and furniture) are returnable within 5 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit minus any restocking or return shipping fees. 

• Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting Guest Services.
• Products must be returned unopened, undamaged & in original packaging.
• Framed & unframed prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.
• Return shipping labels will be provided by Guest Services. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of label receipt.
• 30% restocking fee applies to all returned framed photography. Please note for all exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied.

All FRANCK BOHBOT prints and products purchased through our independent and third party vendors are non-exchangeable and non-returnable through our site. Please refer to the independent and third party vendors terms and conditions for any issues with your order.
